Applications : oil & gas or any other activities

Material : Grades 115,135,145 and 155 (other grades possible on demand)

Seamless hot rolled steel tubes, water quenched and tempered.
Seamless hot rolled steel tubes, cold drawn, water quenched and tempered
Alloy elements as Cr, Mo, Ni etc. may be added in order to improve the mechanical properties, ductility and resilience.

Generality:

Material shall be supplied in general agreement with ASTM A519 or EN/ISO 6892-1, EN/ISO 148-1 and EN/ISO 6508-1 with the additional requirements detailed within this specification.

1. Drift size shall be performed with a 40” length mandrel.
2. Maximum bend for the whole length (mm): 1,0 x number of meter
3. Swan ends 90° +/-3°.
4. Homogeneous standard tube length depending from size ca.10 – 13,4 m + 100/-0 mm
5. If required by customer the tubes can be supplied in fix length 1 m to 9 m with +5/-0 mm

Marking:

All tubes shall be marked with grade, heat number and dimension at both ends.

Documentation:

Including 3.1 certificate La GTM France according to EN 10204

Finish:

• EMI (electronic inspection) according to EN ISO 10893-1
• Flux leakage testing and acceptance in accordance with EN ISO 10893-3
Surface flaws – F2 (5%)
Internal defects in longitudinal direction – F3 (10%)
• Wall thickness ultrasonic test according to EN ISO 10893-12
• 100% MPI on the OD in accordance with EN ISO 10893-5 and NF A04-121
Tube surface indications – M3
• All tubes can be externally varnished.

Variant length of delivery:
