Control
In addition to ongoing in-house inspections such as hardness testing in HB/HRC, magnetic particle testing, and ultrasonic testing, our laboratory can also provide the following analyses:

  • spectrochemical analysis (a mobile mix-up checking device is also available for in-house use),
  • all mechanical properties: Rm, Re, Z%, A% (also at +300°C) and impact values even at low temperatures (-70°C),
  • micrographic examinations (grain size, structure, and surface decarburization),
  • Magnaflux crack testing on bars up to 220 mm in diameter and up to 17 meters in length,
  • eddy current surface crack testing.
