All internal processes have been developed and are applied in accordance with the requirements of ISO 9001:2015.
For us, customer service is both a daily practice and part of our company philosophy.
Control
In addition to ongoing in-house inspections such as hardness testing in HB/HRC, magnetic particle testing, and ultrasonic testing, our laboratory can also provide the following analyses:
- spectrochemical analysis (a mobile mix-up checking device is also available for in-house use),
- all mechanical properties: Rm, Re, Z%, A% (also at +300°C) and impact values even at low temperatures (-70°C),
- micrographic examinations (grain size, structure, and surface decarburization),
- Magnaflux crack testing on bars up to 220 mm in diameter and up to 17 meters in length,
- eddy current surface crack testing.
